These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rsdev.in and its associated applications, including IncogniChat (incognichat.rsdev.in), Pencil Panic (pencilpanic.rsdev.in), and Trivia Battle (trivia.rsdev.in), operated by Rajib Sadhu ("RS Dev", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

RS Dev provides the following web-based applications:

• IncogniChat: An anonymous messaging platform that allows users to receive messages without the sender's identity being revealed.
• Pencil Panic: A real-time multiplayer drawing and guessing game where players sketch prompts and compete to guess correctly.
• Trivia Battle: A real-time multiplayer quiz platform where players answer questions across various categories and compete for the highest score.

3. User Accounts

Some services (such as IncogniChat) may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send messages containing hate speech, explicit content, or illegal material
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the applications
